Unsweet Perdition presented by Santa Clarita Shakespeare 2026 Festival

  • The Main Santa Clarita, CA (map)

TIX for JULY 10, 11 & 12 (multiple times)

I am back in July as Agent Caligos, my favorite character I've ever played, in @evanspreen's weird fiction nightmare fever dream, UNSWEET PERDITION. We are re-mounting it as part of @scshakesfest and tix are in my bio.

Agent Caligos is my fave character for cosmic reasons I do not quite understand. He has some kind of quality of "do i want him or do I want to be him?" That I can only compare to my experiences with gender and bisexuality. He gives me doctor who emotions. Also he loves ELO like Elton from "love and monsters" (iykyk...)

You can see me onstage on July 10 and 11 and then a hologram of me will be playing the role on the 12th (bc Le Vicomte needs me at The Daredevil Fest...muahahha )

Produced in collaboration with Fierce and Purple Creative and the Santa Clarita Shakespeare

Written and Directed by Evan Spreen

Astrid shows up for her first day of work at the Danbury Hydroelectric Power Plant and Water Treatment facility. What follows is a descent into madness. Astrid meets the strange folks who work at the Dam. They take her on a journey that culminates in a trip all the way to oblivion.

Unsweet Perdition
is a 90-minute abstract science fiction play within the genre of the

“New Weird.” The
play draws its influence primarily from works such as the SCP Foundation,
Severance, Control, Annihilation, House of Leaves, Patriot (2015), and the X-Files.
